What to expect:
- 1 hour of all body endurance, strength and conditioning exercises that involve the upper/lower body and abdominals;
- An engaging delivery involving new exercises and new challenges each week;
- Continuous exercise instruction to support proper form and technique by a qualified and experienced instructor;
- Motivating music, post work-out snacks and socials throughout the year;
- Reliability: Whatever the weather, same time, same place each week.
What to bring:
- Weather appropriate exercise clothing;
- A bottle of water;
- Every Wednesday 18:30 at Kasernenareal Zurich
*More days, times and an additional indoor location for the winter season coming soon. Please note the location is subject to change at short notice as the bootcamp is performed in a public space. Attendees are informed via the Bootcamp WhatsApp group as soon as the instructor becomes aware.
- Similar to a free walking tour, the Bootcamp is free with a donation via Twint or in cash welcomed by those who enjoyed the session.
